Each child referred to the Children’s Clothing Closet may receive two complete outfits:
- Two long-sleeved shirts
- Two pairs pants
- Two pairs socks
- Two pairs underwear
The Closet does not stock or provide any other type of clothing, such as swimwear, tights, athletic apparel, dresses, bras, coats, or shoes. Our mission is to provide good-quality brand-new clothing suitable for wearing to school, which children can feel proud of. Please note that we do not stock skirts at the Closet; however if there is a bona fide medical or religious need for a child to wear a skirt, please let us know and we will try to accommodate it.
Sizes normally stocked by the closet are newborn through size 18 for boys and Junior size 13 for girls. We realize that some children may wear adult sizes of clothing and will try to accommodate this when possible. Please understand that any referrals for clothing in sizes outside what we normally stock may take longer to fill.
Clothing is provided to children age 17 and younger only. We will provide clothing to 18-year-olds only if they are enrolled in and attending high school.
